Important Service Information - Upfront Payment of Reports
From the 1st April 2011 the Coal Authority is withdrawing their up front payment service where payment is made for property searches by cheque, postal order, cash or BACS/CHAPS transfer.
The most efficient way to order and pay for reports is on-line at www.groundstability.com where payment can be made by credit/debit card or by a monthly invoiced credit account (subject to conditions).
Reports ordered by post, telephone, email or fax will also need to be paid for by credit/debit card or a monthly invoiced credit account.
You can apply for a credit account on-line at www.groundstability.com or by contacting us. Settlement of your monthly invoiced account can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or by BACS/CHAPS transfer.
