CON29M COAL AND BRINE CONSULTATION AREA POLYGON DATA
This data comprises the geo-referenced areas of where a CON29M coal and brine search should be made. It has been derived from current information available to the Coal Authority, including, but not limited to, abandoned coal mine plans and other coal mining related records and information held by the Coal Authority.
This information is regularly updated and therefore the data is only correct on the date of creation. The Coal Authority owns the copyright to this data and the coal mining information used to produce it. All rights are reserved and all unauthorised use is prohibited. In providing this data the ownership in the copyright and any other rights is not transferred. The data also includes the extent of the Cheshire Brine Subsidence Compensation District as defined by the Cheshire Brine Subsidence Compensation Board which was constituted and operates under the provisions of the Cheshire Brine Pumping (Compensation for Subsidence) Acts 1952 and 1964. The Coal Authority and the Brine Board own the copyright to this data and the information used to produce it. All rights are reserved and all unauthorised use is prohibited.
